Sport and Remedial Massage can be for both sports and non sports people alike. The massage and techniques applied,  work by improving the quality of the soft tissues within the body and surrounding areas.  Blood supply is increased, releasing tension, flushing through lactic acid and realigning scar tissue. Injuries can be improved  by regular massage and re-balancing  the body through training and allowing everyday movement.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage effectively prevents and treats muscle injuries, pain and discomfort. This deep tissue massage treats the muscles and soft tissues that surround the skeletal system.

This type of massage works on the muscoskeletal system as a whole to understand why you may be compensating for a dysfunction or injury and ultimately seeks to address the symptoms and most importantly the cause of these symptoms.
